As of Jan 1, 2024, Cascadia Pharmacy Group affiliated pharmacies will no longer be accepting Express Script plans (such as WellCare, Mutual of Omaha and Cigna) due to contracting changes. Here’s what you can do….

A few notes before we begin…

To continue to fill your prescriptions at your locally owned pharmacy, be sure to select a Humana, Aetna or UHC plan. Unfortunately, WellCare, Mutual of Omaha and Cigna are still listing many of these pharmacies as in-network, which is in error.
The portal only works for Part D and Medicare Advantage plans; to enroll in a Medicare supplemental or Medigap plan, please contact Cascades Insurance directly.

About the Portal

The self-enroll portal (button below) will walk you through entering your personal information, your medications, your medical providers (if you are looking for a Medicare Advantage plan) and the pharmacy of your choice.

You will then be able to look at the various plans and sort them according to various price methods. You will be able to see the plan details, how your prescriptions appear on that plan’s formulary, and your monthly and annual costs.

Once you select a plan, add it to your cart and follow the instructions to complete your application.
